Do you also sell fabrics and haberdashery?

Yes! In Heidelberg Fabric Center (Plöck 36) We offer a wide selection of fabrics, ribbons, buttons, zippers and sewing accessories – all also available online.

Can I reserve products?

Yes, you can reserve products by phone or email. We'll hold them for you and you can then conveniently pick them up in the store.

Do you have demo units or display models?

Yes, you can see many of our machines on site. test liveWe also regularly offer Reduced demonstration units with a full guarantee.

Do you offer sewing machine repairs?

Yes! Our workshop team repairs and maintains. almost all brandsSimply bring your machine by – we will check it free of charge and provide a cost estimate if necessary.

Is there a briefing when buying a new machine?

Yes, when you buy a new sewing machine you receive a free personal briefing directly in our store.

Shipping & Ordering

How long does shipping take?

We usually ship all stock items. within 1-2 working days after payment has been received. Large machines or furniture may take a little longer via freight carrier.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany is Free for orders over €50Below this value, we charge a small shipping fee of €4.90.
Within Austria, shipping costs are calculated as follows: 5.90€ and from €50 free.

Revocation & Cancellation

How can I cancel my order?

As long as the goods have not yet been shipped, you can simply cancel your order by email to info@naehzentrum-hd.de cancel.

How does the revocation work?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt to revoke without giving reasons.

Simply send us a short email – we will send you the return form.
