The baby lock ovation

… is a combined overlock and coverlock machine which features the ExtraordinAir ^TM threading system and the automatic thread feed system.

With the introduction of the baby lock Ovation, new standards were set in the field of coverlock machines. The fully automatic pneumatic threading system makes tedious tracking of threading points, dangling threads, and the associated frustration a thing of the past. Thanks to the convenient conversion from overlock to coverstitch table, there's more time to experiment with the numerous stitch patterns and decorative seams.

Up to 8 threads can be used simultaneously to create beautiful decorative effects. Overlock, cover, or chain stitches can be combined as desired. Thanks to the various thread guides, you determine the threading sequence yourself. With the ExtraordinAir ^™ system, the thread is placed in the desired looper channel. At the touch of a button, the air threads the needle in no time.

With the automatic thread feed system (ATD) and seam pre-selection, the Ovation also takes away the anxiety of adjusting thread tension. Despite varying thread qualities – from superfine to heavy – you can achieve great results. The foot pressure can also be set and adjusted separately. The adjustable differential feed (0.6 – 2.0:1) ensures perfect seams. The baby lock wave stitch is a real eye-catcher. The wider opening guarantees more freedom for the fabric during sewing. Six LED lights provide optimal lighting, even late at night.
