SCHMETZ Leather Needles Size 90

The Leather Needle in size NM 90/14 is ideal for sewing medium to heavier leather and similar homogeneous materials. Its cutting point penetrates the material precisely and powerfully, allowing for clean, even seams.

The special point shape creates a slightly slanted stitch, giving the seam a decorative character. With a longer stitch length, this effect is further emphasized – especially in combination with thicker sewing thread.

Thanks to the cutting action, the material is not displaced but cleanly cut. To prevent the seam from tearing, a slightly longer stitch length is recommended when sewing leather.

⚠️ Note: Due to its cutting action, this needle is not suitable for textiles, as fabric or knit threads can be cut.

The brown color marking facilitates quick identification in sewing accessories.
