SCHMETZ Overlock Universal Needles Size 80

The Overlock Universal Needle ELx705 CF in size NM 80/12 was specifically developed for household overlock and coverstitch machines. Thanks to its special construction, it ensures reliable stitch formation for chain and overedge seams.

The "CF" stands for Chrome Finish – a chrome plating that provides a particularly smooth surface and high resistance.

A crucial feature of this needle is its second thread groove. It supports the formation of chain stitches and enables a clean seam with lower thread tension – ideal for overlock and coverstitch work.

The slightly rounded tip makes the needle universally applicable and ensures gentle penetration into various types of fabric. The flat shank allows for easy and secure positioning in the machine.
