Bernina Binder for unfused tapes 28mm No.88

The BERNINA Binder Attachment #88 in the 28 mm version was developed to sew unfolded bias tape neatly and precisely. While sewing, the tape is automatically folded twice, placed around the fabric edge, and sewn with a finished hem width of 7 mm.

The sturdy, precise metal guide feeds the tape evenly and prevents slipping – ideal for neat, durable, and professional edge finishes. Perfect for clothing, quilts, bags, table linen, and creative decorative projects.

The Binder Attachment #88 is available in three versions – each with a matching finished hem width:

• 28 mm tape width → results in 7 mm hem width

• 32 mm tape width → results in 8 mm hem width

• 38 mm tape width → results in 11 mm hem width

For the best stitch pattern, BERNINA recommends using the Binder Foot #95 or #95C, which is optimally matched to the guide.
