Bernina Adjustable Ruler Foot with Slit #72S

The Adjustable Ruler Foot with Slit #72S is the advanced version of the popular Ruler Foot #72. It was developed for precise quilting with rulers and also offers a practical slit, through which the thread can be quickly inserted or changed – without removing the foot from the machine.

It is ideal for free-motion quilting along acrylic templates, e.g., for straight lines, circles, waves, or complex quilt patterns. The round, high sole glides safely along the ruler edge while protecting the needle. Thanks to the adjustable height, the foot can be perfectly adapted to different fabric and quilt thicknesses.

The Ruler Foot #72S is also equipped with an integrated presser foot recognition sensor. This communicates with the machine and ensures even more comfortable work – ideal for newer BERNINA models.
